New Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Station

The project included the development for lands to accommodate the new OPP Station (Teviotdale). The new building included site grading, stormwater management facility, sidewalk, entrance, parking, lighting, landscaping, and necessary utilities.

Triton’s Services for this Project:

• Detailed design for lot grading and stormwater including entrance improvement from W.R. 109
• Obtain all necessary approvals
• Topographic Surveying
• Preliminary consultation and coordination with all utilities
• Pre-consultation including Public Meetings
• design and Contract Drawings for external site works
• Ongoing Consultation during construction of the Development
• Capital Cost $5.5 million
